Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience in Power BI, DAX, SSRS, T-SQL, SQL Server, to lead reporting, analytics, and application development initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive technical solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable business intelligence and application solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX.
• Architect,develop, and optimize SSRS reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Design and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, and performance-tuned queries.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and reporting frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, best practices, and mentoring to development teams.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex application, database, and reporting issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business users, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Power BI, DAX, and Data Visualization
• Hands-on expertise in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, and Performance Tuning
• Experience in ASP.NET (C# & VB.NET) application development
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and project coordination abilities
