Job Description
Summary: Databricks is a leading data and AI company dedicated to helping data teams solve complex problems. As an MBA Intern in Product Operations, you will work at the intersection of Product Management, Engineering, and Field teams to ensure product innovations reach customers effectively and deliver maximum value.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with PMs, ENG, and Field teams to lead the operational rollout of new features, ensuring the organization is equipped with the data and resources needed for a successful launch
- Synthesize insights from customer feedback, product usage metrics, and partner inputs to provide Engineering and PM with a clear, data-backed view of market needs
- Build and maintain the dashboards that track product adoption and health, leveraging SQL to provide the "ground truth" on how features are performing in the wild
- Identify friction points in how information flows from Product to the Field and implement lean processes to keep teams aligned during rapid launch cycles
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA program with 3–5 years of professional experience (e.g., Consulting, BizOps, or Strategy) and a passion for the 'last mile' of product delivery
- Advanced SQL skills are required
- You are willing to get hands-on
- You can build rapport with technical PMs and Engineering leads while speaking the language of our Sales and Customer Success teams
- You understand that 'strategy' only matters if it can be executed
