Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a results-oriented individual to join our team as a Raw Material Administrator, reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to enter and process all Raw Material data to ensure daily, weekly and monthly time commitments are met.
POSITION TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter and process all data relating to Raw Material collection (Rendering and COR) for Ontario and WPG plants using ORACLE ERP computer system
- Ensure all driver routes (manual and computer generated) are accurately entered and approved
- Enter and balance transactions to create semi-finished pit inventory
- Prepare weekly/monthly settlement sheets for Grease Brokers and large volume BULK accounts
- Process and print weekly/monthly customer billing documents including invoices and cheque backup, and debit and credit memos
- Effectively communicate with internal departments and stakeholders
- Respond and manage client requests, inquiries and/or issues in a timely manner to ensure clients satisfaction.
- Assistance with audits as required
- Other duties as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years' experience in XXX
- Experience XXXX
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Experience using XXXX
- Knowledge of the used cooking oil, waste management, or sustainability industries is helpful but not required
- No restrictions on travel
