Job Description
Reporting to the Logistics Department, Truck Drivers are responsible for the pick-up and delivery of raw material and finished goods on a variety of routes and shifts. We currently have an opportunity for a reliable and conscientious individual to join our team as a Class 1 Truck Driver at our Winnipeg location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the pick-up and delivery of raw material and finished goods on a variety of routes and shifts.
- Tasks will include some physical demands such as repetitive pulling, pushing, lifting etc.
- Accurate completion and submission of all required paperwork.
- Evening shifts along with weekend work will be required depending on weekly route scheduling.

- Conduct all interactions with customers and suppliers in a respectful, professional, and service oriented manner.
- Required to formally report any concerns or customer service-related issues.
- Responsible for following all company and Health and Safety rules and for communicating all reportable incidents.
- Responsible to ensure that both tractors and trailers are maintained in a clean and presentable condition.
- Ensure safe driving operations.
- Responsible for effectively and efficiently dealing with ad-hoc issues that may arise.

- $31.70 Per Hour Plus Overtime after 40 hours

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Class 1 License
- Clean driving record
- Customer service oriented
- Familiarity driving within the Province of Manitoba
- Flexible and willing to work overtime as required
- Team oriented and willing to assist with all routes
- Ability to keep up with physically demanding tasks such as repetitive bending, pulling, pushing, lifting etc.
