Job Description
We’re looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you’ll manage client accounts, ensure satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships
- Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to deliver tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, support) to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor account performance and proactively address issues or risks
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Prepare reports, presentations, and account reviews for clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard business software
Preferred Skills
