Allround Operator at Darling Ingredients in Boxtel, North Brabant, NL

As an All-round Operator, you operate, monitor, and adjust the process equipment, and assist your fellow operators in operating this part of the production process. In this position, you report directly to the Production Team Leader.

• Operating, monitoring, regulating, and adjusting process equipment using measurement and control panels;
• Performing incoming inspections of raw fat and taking samples of the finished product;
• Weighing and assessing the quality of raw materials (raw fat);
• Selecting raw materials for production lines 10 and 20;
• Performing inspections/control activities on equipment (rotating);
• Rectifying simple irregularities or disturbances and performing cleaning tasks;
• Securing equipment and assisting the technical service with repairs;
• Exchanging information, contributing ideas for improvements, and performing internal transport activities;
• Ensuring the maintenance of 5S standards.

Job requirements:

• You must possess an MBO working and thinking level and be in possession of at least an Operator
• A diploma, or be willing to obtain one;
• You have several years of experience in a similar position in a production environment;
• Willingness to work in a current 3-shift system and be available flexibly if necessary;
• You possess problem-solving skills and can function both independently and in a team;
• You know the rules regarding safety, order, and cleanliness, and you are quality-conscious.
