We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Arman Building Maintenance LLC UAE. The successful candidate will oversee and manage cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and a positive customer experience.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reputation and image of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate the work of cleaning staff, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. You will be responsible for training and motivating the team, implementing efficient cleaning procedures, and addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to facility management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Train and develop cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Implement efficient cleaning procedures and protocols to optimize productivity.
• Address customer complaints and feedback, taking prompt action to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and security, to ensure a cohesive facility management approach.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of cleaning activities and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and promote a safe working environment.
• Monitor and control cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and software.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the UAE as required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
