Job Description
Summary: ThermalNetics, Inc. is the world's largest HVAC company, recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best-In-State Employers 2025. They are seeking a Sales Aftermarket Service Intern to support the Aftermarket Service Sales team with various sales tasks, including proposal development and data entry, while gaining valuable real-world experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Aftermarket Service Sales team with day-to-day sales tasks including proposal development, processing new bookings, work order generation and data entry
- Serve as a liaison between the Service Sales Team and Service Operations Team
- Visit job sites with Service Sales Representatives and Daikin Technicians to inspect Daikin HVAC equipment and gather information required for proposal development
- Create professional sales proposals and submittals
- Provide prompt, accurate responses to sales inquiries regarding special applications, systems, or pricing
Required Qualifications:
- Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Ability to commute to Auburn Hills, MI Office without relocation
