They are currently seeking entry-level Architectural Designers/Drafters to develop design or technical solutions under general supervision. Responsibilities: - Undertakes a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for small projects or selected segments of a larger project - Performs design layouts and features, which require researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work - Reviews drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards, and implements any changes as directed - Assists project teams and other staff members as required Required Qualifications: - Completion of Bachelor's in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program - Demonstrated skills and talent in Revit / BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and preparation of presentation materials - Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through - Strong verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Commitment to their own professional growth as designer, architect, or planner - Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions Preferred Qualifications: - Commitment to obtaining licensure preferred - Including a link to an online portfolio is a huge plus Required Skills: Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Architectural design, Presentation materials preparation, Collaborative skills Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, Opportunity to participate in a pre-tax Flexible Spending plans for medical, childcare, and commuter expenses, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, 401k
