Job Description
Summary: DaBella is a values-focused company that aims to create value for others. They are seeking a Canvass Operations Coordinator to support the operational backbone of the Canvass Department, manage reporting, auditing operational data, and oversee the canvass fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze daily operational data focused on lead generation and canvass performance metrics
- Build and maintain Excel-based reports used by leadership to monitor departmental performance
- Review reports and identify inconsistencies or discrepancies to ensure accuracy
- Assist in auditing departmental reports and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Identify operational gaps and support improvements to departmental workflows
- Assist with the development and refinement of operational processes as the department grows
- Assist with tracking and oversight of the company’s canvass fleet
- Maintain accurate fleet records and support operational coordination related to fleet usage and disposal
- Coordinate departmental initiatives such as incentive tracking, safety meeting completion, and canvassing activity tracking
- Support field leadership with operational requests and reporting needs
- Work with HR, accounting, compliance, and other internal/external teams to ensure operational alignment
- Serve as a point of coordination when resolving operational or reporting issues
Required Qualifications:
- Detail-Oriented / Audit Mindset – Able to review data carefully and catch inconsistencies that may impact reporting
- Self-Sufficient and Proactive – Comfortable managing tasks independently and asking questions when clarification is needed
- Strong Communicator – Comfortable reaching out to managers and internal teams to gather information and resolve discrepancies
- Adaptable and Growth-Oriented – Able to handle a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift
- Open to Feedback – Receptive to coaching and focused on continuous improvement
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required, including experience using Pivot Tables, lookup formulas and organizing large data sets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus but not required
