Outside Sales Representative - Residential

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia

ABOUT US
StruXure (under D5 Capital Holdings) is a leading provider of premium outdoor living solutions, specializing in fully customizable motorized pergolas and smart outdoor environments. We help customers transform their outdoor spaces into functional, year-round extensions of their home or business. We operate at the intersection of design, precision fabrication, and skilled installation, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team.

THE ROLE - StruXure Atlanta
This is an outside sales, commission-based position (exempt) across all locations. As a Outside Sales Representative & Design Consultant, you'll run in-home consultations with residential homeowners, present tailored solutions, and close, on the same visit.

We set you up to succeed with company-generated leads––no lead generation or door-knocking required! Every new hire completes a paid training program before stepping into the field. You'll learn a proven in-home sales methodology. We start our new team members on a rolling monthly basis with training starting the second Monday of each month.

Every one of our companies is in an active growth phase. The person who joins now has a real opportunity to make an early impact, and to be rewarded for it.

Candidates for this role must be located in the Atlanta, GA metro area

WHAT YOU EARN

• On-target earnings of $100,000–$200,000 annually, earned through commission on closed sales. This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings. The stated range represents a good faith estimate of what a consistently performing employee can expect to earn in this role, based on average job sizes and typical sales activity. Individual results will vary based on performance and volume.
• No earning cap, your effort sets the ceiling.
• Paid training from day one.

Consistent performers build strong, predictable income, often within the first 60 days.

WHO THRIVES HERE
We're not looking for order-takers, we're looking for self-motivated, high-achieving closers who understand that performance-based income is an opportunity, not a limitation.

Specifically:

• Closers: You run the full process, consult, present, close, and you take ownership of every outcome.
• High achievers: You've always outperformed your peers and you want a place where that actually pays off.
• Self-starters: You own your schedule, your pipeline, and your results. No one has to push you.
• Coachable: We teach a specific system. It works when you follow it.
• Character-driven: You represent this company in people's homes. How you show up matters as much as what you sell.

No prior sales or home improvement experience required. We're looking for drive, resilience, and a genuine belief that your income should reflect your effort.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Healthcare reimbursement
• Mileage reimbursement
• Paid training program
• Flexible schedule
• Outside sales exempt classification
• A culture that invests in your growth
