They are seeking a summer intern to support the M&A team by analyzing data for buyside M&A processes and improving documentation and reporting within the team. Responsibilities: - Aggregate buyside investment data into salesforce - Creating automated reports that represent key buyside investment data - Process Q&A logs for buyside and sellside opportunities - Notetaking for transaction teams - Minimal financial modeling - Develop M&A reports using Power BI or similar reporting tools - Support reporting and documentation needs for the M&A team - Assist with day-to-day team activities as needed Required Qualifications: - Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Proficiency in Excel - Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly Required Skills: Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Financial modeling
