About Cyberdrone

Cyberdrone is an international pioneer in drone light shows, creating extraordinary visual experiences through proprietary drone technology, in-house engineering, and world-class creative production.

With offices across the UAE, Brazil, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, and Austria, we've delivered spectacular drone shows across six continents for major events, global brands, festivals, and landmark celebrations.

Now, we're expanding into the United States and we're looking for someone who wants to help build something exceptional.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue, develop strategic relationships, and help establish Cyberdrone's presence across the United States.

This is a hands-on, sales-driven role with the opportunity to help shape a growing business.

Your primary focus will be generating new business, building a strong sales pipeline, and closing high-value contracts. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and securing projects.

Alongside your sales responsibilities, you'll contribute to market development, identify strategic partnerships, and help shape our commercial approach in the US alongside our Management.

We're looking for someone commercially driven, well-connected, and entrepreneurial — someone who enjoys winning business, brings fresh ideas, and takes ownership of results.

As an early member of our US team, you'll have a genuine opportunity to influence our growth. As the business expands, there is significant potential to progress into a senior commercial leadership position, with the opportunity to build and manage your own sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach, and secure new clients and business opportunities across the United States.
• Generate qualified leads, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and consistently convert opportunities into revenue.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with event agencies, production companies, global brands, entertainment venues, and major event organizers.
• Identify commercial opportunities within festivals, sporting events, corporate activations, tourism, and public celebrations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining profitable commercial agreements.
• Leverage existing industry connections and develop strategic partnerships to accelerate market growth.
• Represent Cyberdrone at industry exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with US leadership and international teams to develop compelling proposals and deliver successful projects.
• Contribute to business development strategies, market insights, and long-term commercial growth.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial partnerships.
• Strong background in live entertainment, event production, experiential marketing, brand activations, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in independently generating new business and closing high-value B2B contracts.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to manage opportunities from initial contact through contract execution.
• Confidence taking initiative, and contributing to a growing business.
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Highly Desirable

• An established network of contacts within the US events, entertainment, or experiential marketing industries.
• Experience working with major brands, event agencies, sporting organizations, entertainment venues, or government entities.
• Experience developing new markets or establishing strategic commercial partnerships.
• Familiarity with drone shows or large-scale entertainment technology.
• Ambition to progress into a commercial leadership role as the business expands.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary plus performance driven commission.
• Medical insurance and paid time off (PTO).
• The opportunity to join at the beginning of our US expansion and directly influence the company's growth.
• Genuine career progression potential, including the opportunity to build and lead a US sales team as the business expands.
• A relaxed, supportive, and collaborative working environment built on trust, autonomy, and results, where fresh ideas, initiative, and continuous growth are encouraged — without micromanagement.
