Location: Gurugram/Bengaluru (Onsite)

Work Shift: 24/7 environment

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced L2 Security Resource to support and manage security infrastructure, setup, and solutions. The role involves hands-on monitoring. troubleshooting, and operational support of enterprise security technologies.

Educational Qualification

• Engineering Graduate (BE/BTech) or MCA/MSc (CS/IT)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience post-qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in dealing with Cyber Security systems and operations.

Must-Have Skills & Certifications

• Expertise in Hands-on experience with basic troubleshooting, VPN, and NGFW
• CompTIA Security+/CEH/ECSA/ CCNP Routing & Switching/Security or equivalent/ITIL v4

Foundation/CompTIA Network+- Any one certification

• Expertise in Hands-on experience with COIS, and PAM/ ITSM
