ThisroleisforanengineeringleaderwholeadsbyexampleintheuseofAI-assisteddevelopmenttooling,holdsahighbarforengineeringquality,andbuildsteamsthataremotivatedtogrowandexecute.Youwillbeequallyathomereviewingapullrequest,unblockingatechnicaldesign,andrunningaquarterlygrowthconversationwithadirectreport.
