Position Summary Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a Business Analyst in Enterprise Integrations team. We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives. This role is ideal for college enrolled students(raising seniors) with strong analytical, research, and communication skills. The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally to analyze Enterprise Integrations operational and financial data, evaluate it, and provide actionable insights that improve performance and support organizational objectives. Roles & Responsibilities Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate Enterprise Integrations operational insights to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational processes Perform data validation, cleansing, and management to ensure accuracy and reliability Help create financial reports with Project/Program spent within the Organization Ability to interpret operational and financial data and translate findings into Operational insights Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field (or expected graduation within 1 year) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Basic experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or Python) Ability to interpret data and translate findings into Enterprise Integrations Operational insights Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications Internship or project experience in business analysis, operations, or data analytics Knowledge of database systems and querying (SQL) Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and business intelligence concepts Anticipated Weekly Hours 29 Time Type Part time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
