Job Description
Summary: CVS Health is dedicated to building a world of health around every individual. The Analyst, Workforce Management will optimize labor utilization and operational performance through effective forecasting and staffing assessments.
Responsibilities:
- The Workforce Planning Analyst plays a key role in optimizing labor utilization and operational performance through effective forecasting, staffing assessments, and schedule accuracy
- This role leverages data and analytics to forecast demand and to align staffing needs with scheduling and requirements while supporting the business to achieve productivity, cost, and service level goals
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Experience in large-scale workforce, operations, or business optimization role, ideally in regulated or SLA-driven industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, retail health or pharmacy, logistics, financial services)
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience required, 0-2 years experience, anticipated completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree program by start date (June 2026)
- Have a major in one of the following fields: business, management, computer science, healthcare management, finance/accounting, economics, public health, health sciences, leadership studies, marketing, human resources, communications, psychology, or sociology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Problem solving and decision making skills
