The Strategy & Innovation Intern will support the Strategy & Innovation team through research, data analysis, and process improvements, while participating in a 10-week internship program that includes collaboration on an AI-focused capstone project. Responsibilities: - Contribute to department assignments aligned to business needs - Analyze data, support process improvements, and assist with research - Participate in weekly development workshops and executive speaker sessions - Work with your intern team to tackle an AI-driven business challenge - Present your final project and insights to senior leadership - Build meaningful relationships across the bank through networking and team activities - Support strategy and innovation initiatives through research, data analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience - Leverage AI and GenAI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude) to enhance workflows and contribute to automation and innovation-focused use cases - Assist with process mapping, process improvement, and project coordination across cross-functional initiatives - Analyze and visualize data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Python to generate insights, and synthesize findings into clear, executive-ready presentations - Collaborate on strategic problem-solving efforts, applying analytical thinking to support growth and innovation-driven projects Required Qualifications: - Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, current or future, to be considered - Rising senior (Class of 2027) pursuing a bachelor's degree - Interest in banking, financial services, business, technology, or analytics - Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills - Curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment - Ability to work full-time for the 10-week summer program Required Skills: Research, Data analysis, Process improvement, Process mapping, Project coordination, AI tools, Generative AI, Excel, Power BI, Python, Data visualization, Strategic problem solving, Curiosity, Willingness to learn
