Job Description
Summary: Customers Bank is a high-performing, digital-forward financial institution committed to innovation, collaboration, and community impact. The TPRM Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the Third-Party Risk Management team, participating in projects related to vendor risk analysis, contract review, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to department assignments aligned to business needs
- Analyze data, support process improvements, and assist with research
- Participate in weekly development workshops and executive speaker sessions
- Work with your intern team to tackle an AI-driven business challenge
- Present your final project and insights to senior leadership
- Build meaningful relationships across the bank through networking and team activities
- Develop an understanding of internal processes and gain proficiency in CUBI’s vendor management and contract system to support contract cleanup activities
- Participate in training to develop the ability to read and interpret basic contracts in support of contract review efforts
- Assist in the execution of vendor reputation risk and technology risk reviews
- Contribute to special projects focused on data quality assurance and control
- Support the exploration and potential development of a ChatGPT-based tool to improve efficiency in repetitive tasks
- Collaborate with team members and provide support on cross-functional initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, current or future, to be considered
- Rising senior (Class of 2027) pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Interest in banking, financial services, business, technology, or analytics
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to work full-time for the 10-week summer program
