Job Description
Summary: Cushman & Wakefield is a global commercial real estate firm with over 100 years of experience. They are seeking a Summer Intern to support the Wells Fargo account team with various projects, including research, business enablement, and administrative tasks, while providing opportunities for professional skill growth through hands-on experience and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Wells Fargo account team on a variety of projects, including research, business enablement, creating executive slide decks, taking meeting notes, providing finance and on-boarding support, and general administrative tasks as assigned
- Assist with key business functions such as transaction management, project and development services, integrated facilities management, and portfolio administration
- Collect, research, and analyze data to help provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Grow your professional skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and observing team members in action
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure information is accurate and accessible
- Provide day-to-day support to the team by helping with routine tasks and contributing to ongoing projects
- Respond to requests and questions from team members, offering helpful information and ensuring any issues are addressed promptly
- Follow established processes and systems to ensure your work meets company standards and contributes to overall team success
Required Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or about to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or another related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) to support daily tasks and presentations
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Organized and detail-oriented, being able to manage multiple tasks while staying focused and efficient
- Team player with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and contributing to group efforts
- A self-starter, who is reliable, and gets things done as efficiently as possible
- Permanent US work authorization required
