We are seeking a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager to manage minor capital works, lifecycle and improvement projects across a high-profile portfolio.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Deliver minor capital works projects safely, on time and within budget.
Coordinate contractors, consultants and suppliers across live operational environments.
Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, reporting and risk registers.
Ensure compliance with safety, governance and quality standards.
Work closely with Facilities Management, Property Management, HSE and Event Operations teams to minimize operational disruption.
Monitor contractor performance, project progress and issue resolution.
Support project handover, defects management and operational transition activities.
About You
Experience delivering minor capital works or building projects.
Strong contractor coordination and project management capability.
Sound understanding of project controls, budgeting and risk management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
