Job Description
Summary: Cushman & Wakefield is a leading real estate services firm, and they are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support their Technical Services team. This role involves assisting with service delivery, managing client inquiries, and ensuring operational performance through various administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of all Engineering specific and general internal controls, general policies & procedures for all Engineering activities
- Communicate with clients regarding work order statuses and inquiries
- Assist with resolution of issues and request for services from clients
- Communicate with Mobile Engineers timely and efficiently regarding client requests, emergencies, and any deliverables
- Support all Engineering specific A/P, A/R, Payroll and Administrative processes and functions
- Maintain and manage the accuracy of CMMS systems and various databases
- Provide on-boarding support and employee data collection of new Engineers including, but not limited to: Inform clients of new employee and areas of coverage, Ensure appropriate client-specific credentials are obtained, Collect executed documentation for policies and procedures
- Manage work request scheduling for Mobile Engineers to align with client needs and demand
- Provide general troubleshooting assistance for mobile devices, applications, and database access
- Assist with client invoice preparation, inquiries, tracking and problem resolution
- Participate in auditing of labor and material charges to confirm accurate billing
- Assist in the supporting the Engineering infrastructure functions, monitoring and reporting of operational performance
Required Qualifications:
- Assistance to the Technical Services team to ensure successful service delivery of the client needs
