Summary: Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking a Project Engineering Intern to join their Target Rock team. The intern will assist project engineers with research and disposition of product nonconformances, material transfers, and other standard production work while coordinating various projects under the guidance of project engineering supervisors. Responsibilities: - Research and disposition of product nonconformances - Evaluate material transfer requests - Review bills of materials and project releases - Perform detailed review of production test data - Assist in project closeout activities, including certification data sheets and production test data summary reports - Interface with Manufacturing, Assembly & Test, Welding and Quality Control departments to ensure compliance with customer requirements - Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors Required Qualifications: - Must be a US citizen - Actively pursuing Four (4) year Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Nuclear - Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Mathcad Required Skills: Engineering degree Important Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Mathcad Nice-to-Have Skills: Research skills, Project coordination
