Contracts Administrator
As part of the Nuclear Division Contracts Team the Contract Administrator is responsible for developing and implementing processes to maintain contractual records and supporting senior Contracts Team members on standard contract activities including drafting and reviewing standard form contracts.
Your Challenge:
Responsible for developing and maintaining Contracts Team SharePoint site where CW’s contract records are retained.
Work with the Contracts Team to develop tools and processes (Teams, databases, Excel, Copilot etc.) to improve support to the Nuclear Division Business Units. (50%)
Administer assigned contracts and required changes.
Ensure terms and conditions of contract with our customers comply with Curtiss-Wright company policy commercial contract requirements.
Review simple contractual documents (NDAs, customer contract terms and conditions) to ensure adherence to company policy and requirements, and conformance to master agreements (Training will be provided) (25%)
Work directly with Business Units and customers to resolve open routine contractual issues. May provide assistance to Contracts Managers in contract negotiations. (10%)
Maintain organized records and documentation for the Nuclear Division Contracts Team. (15%)
What You Bring:
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Strong IT skills (SharePoint, Excel, database)
Paralegal/basic knowledge of Contract Law
Associate or bachelor’s Degree
