EF Malta – Graduate Leadership Program (12–18 months)
Start your career where education meets travel.
EF Malta is one of the island's largest and most international language schools. We're proud to be both deeply rooted in Malta and connected to the world. Our students and colleagues come from across the globe – and we're excited to help ambitious graduates build an international career right here in Malta.
If we were a hotel, we'd be one of the biggest on the island and one of the largest chains in the world – but we're not a hotel, an iGaming company, a consulting firm or a bank. We're an international education and travel organisation, helping people learn languages, experience cultures, and broaden their horizons.
Within 12–18 months, you'll gain experience that many graduates spend years acquiring. You'll work across multiple business functions, lead real projects, solve real operational challenges, and build the skills to grow into a long-term career with EF – either in Malta or internationally.
Program Overview
This is a paid, full-time rotational graduate program designed for recent graduates from any field of study.
Our goal is simple: accelerate your career by exposing you to multiple business functions before helping you specialise where you can create the greatest impact.
From day one, you'll take ownership of meaningful work – not shadow from the sidelines. You'll work alongside experienced managers, contribute ideas, and help improve the experience of thousands of international students every year.
The overall length of the Graduate Leadership Program will be tailored together with you. Depending on your start date, individual development and career goals, as well as business needs, the program will typically last between 12 and 18 months.
Starting salary: €20,000 gross per year, depending on profile and experience, plus paid annual leave, mentoring and structured development.
