COMPLIANCE INTERN Intern Part Time · Location: Los Angeles, CA, US Job Mission  The BSA intern is responsible for assisting BSA Management and the team’s daily tasks. Job Duties • Assist business units with reviewing potential OFAC Fails to confirm false positives and escalating possible true matches to BSA Management. • Collect and log all Monetary Instrument Logs from all branches on a daily basis. • Assist with Quality Assurance Process and Review • Review adverse media alerts for potential matches and escalate any possible matches to BSA Management. • Perform administrative ad hoc tasks for the BSA Department as requested from BSA Management such as pulling customer profile documents and statements. • Oversee and execute a departmental research initiative focused on identifying operational inefficiencies, recommending actionable solutions, and contributing to cost reduction and organizational profitability. • Engage in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training programs, to strengthen competencies and support career advancement. Skills & Desired Major • Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Strong communication skills  • Excellent written skills to be able to document technical specs and system design • General understanding of technology and information security concepts Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $19/Hour to $20/Hour.
