Summary: CT United FC is seeking a Team Operations Intern to provide hands-on support across the club’s soccer and business operations. This role offers exposure to the behind-the-scenes workings of a professional soccer club and involves assisting with matchday logistics and team-related operations. Responsibilities: - Complete and present an assigned educational project - Provide broad operational support across team and matchday activities - Assist with matchday logistics, including venue setup, equipment coordination, and operational checklists - Support training day and team-related operations as needed - Help coordinate internal communications between operations, marketing, and game presentation staff - Assist with inventory management and equipment organization - Support travel, scheduling, and administrative needs as assigned - Serve as on-site operational support during home matches and club events Required Qualifications: - Enrolled in a university/college program or recent graduate (required) - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds - Ability to work nights, weekends, and matchdays - Comfortable working in fast-paced, live-event environments - Interest in sports operations, event management, or athletic administration Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience with athletics, events, or operations is a plus, but not required Required Skills: Sports operations, Event management, Athletic administration, Matchday logistics, Inventory management, Operational support, Cross-department coordination Benefits: Academic credit may be available if required by your institution.
