Summary: Crystal Lake Elementary District 47 is seeking a Mobile Technician to provide ongoing support for staff and students with mobile devices. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining technology in the classroom, ensuring functionality and security of devices.

Responsibilities:
- Support teachers and students with functionality of technology devices in the classroom
- Provide first level of support and troubleshoot PCs, printers, projectors and other forms technology
- Repair or coordinate repairs on Chromebooks, iPads, PCs, and other mobile devices
- Provide assistance to teachers and students where it relates with use of technology
- Maintain technology inventory for the building(s) assigned
- Install or update apps / software as directed
- Be proactive, communicate and escalate issues to the next level of support
- Assist in maintaining a high level of security on the district network

Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Windows, Chrome OS, iOS, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues
- Positive interpersonal communication ability and self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 30 semester hours college credit
