If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role:

Crusoe.ai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to lead our efforts in acquiring and expanding strategic accounts with leading AI labs in the AI/ML cloud infrastructure market. This role will focus on driving Crusoe's growth by engaging with frontier AI labs and model developers that require high-performance, sustainable cloud capacity at very large scale. You will be part of an innovative and rapidly growing company, working with cutting-edge technology that is transforming cloud computing by leveraging stranded energy resources to power AI workloads.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Crusoe's business, closing high-value, multi-year deals, and building long-term relationships with top-tier AI lab clients. You will own a portfolio of Named Accounts, with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles that unfold over many months and multi-year commitments in the eight to nine figures. Your contributions will directly support Crusoe's mission to drive both growth and sustainability, making a significant impact in the AI cloud space.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from account planning and qualification to closing high-value, multi-year deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Data Center, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to deliver customized, high-performance cloud solutions.

• Engage with C-Level Executives: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across infrastructure, finance, and the C-suite at top-tier AI lab clients, positioning Crusoe as the preferred partner for their AI cloud infrastructure needs.

• Target Key Accounts: Focus on a portfolio of Named Accounts across strategic AI labs, leveraging Crusoe's power availability, capacity at scale, and speed to deploy to meet customer needs.

• Lead Complex Negotiations: Lead large, multi-year negotiations, including capacity commitments and complex commercial terms.

• Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve sales quotas through new customer acquisition, and manage and grow accounts post-sale through capacity expansion and multi-year commitments to ensure continued customer success and satisfaction.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• 10+ Years of Enterprise Sales Experience: Proven track record in closing complex, multi-year sales cycles with eight-figure or larger deals, in Majors, Strategic, or Named Account roles, ideally selling cloud, infrastructure, data center, or AI compute at scale, with familiarity in working with hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Deep Understanding of AI/ML Cloud Solutions: Experience selling advanced infrastructure products that support AI workloads, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, including capacity planning, power, and cloud economics.

• Strategic Thinking & Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate large, multi-year contracts, including capacity commitments in the eight to nine figures, and navigate complex procurement, legal, and finance processes with senior counterparts.

• Relationship Management: Experience owning Named Accounts and nurturing long-term relationships with AI lab customers, focusing on driving growth through account expansion.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including C-suite and technical leaders, effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and collaborate cross-functionally.

• Structured Sales Approach: A disciplined, value-based approach to account and deal management.
