About the role
We're looking for a Senior Producer, EMEA to join Crunchyroll's global Creative Services team. Based in London and reporting to the Director of Creative Operations, you'll lead the execution of creative projects across the EMEA region, partnering closely with regional marketing teams while ensuring alignment with Crunchyroll's global brand and creative strategy.
You'll manage creative work from kickoff through delivery across campaigns, brand initiatives, ecommerce, and experiential programs, bringing together internal teams, external partners, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on time and on brief.
You’ll serve as a key connector between global creative and regional execution, helping localize campaigns for EMEA audiences, balancing priorities and resources, and ensuring teams have the clarity and support needed to do their best work.
Core Responsibilities
Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables for creative projects across EMEA marketing campaigns
Partner with Creative Services, Campaign Management, and regional stakeholders to ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and aligned with business objectives
Coordinate reviews, approvals, and final asset delivery across static, motion, digital, and experiential creative
Support creative resource planning across internal teams, freelancers, and agency partners
Manage external vendors and production partners as needed to support regional initiatives
Track estimates, support SOW development, and help manage production budgets
Serve as a day-to-day creative partner for EMEA marketing, brand, ecommerce, and events teams
Translate campaign goals into executable plans, timelines, and workbacks
Collaborate with global producers and creative teams to share best practices, identify risks, and maintain consistent quality standards
Partner with global creative teams to adapt campaigns for local markets, languages, and cultural nuances
Ensure all regional creative aligns with Crunchyroll brand standards, campaign strategy, and global toolkits
Advocate for regional priorities, timelines, and business needs throughout the creative development process
About You
8+ years of experience in creative production, project management, creative operations, or agency environments, with a strong understanding of anime and anime fandoms across EMEA markets
Experience in entertainment, media, gaming, or other culturally driven consumer brands
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing or creative campaigns from planning through delivery
Experience partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions, markets, or international teams
Strong understanding of creative workflows across static, motion, digital, and experiential production
Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and comfortable working across time zones and global teams
Experience with Airtable, Wrike, Figma, or similar project management and collaboration tools
Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, Spanish, German) is a plus
