Job Description
Summary: Crunchtime is a global software development company that provides solutions for restaurant brands. As a Product Manager Intern, you will collaborate with Product Managers on the product development process, conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer feedback to enhance the product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Market research - identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities
- Competitive analysis - conduct analysis of competitors' products and their strengths and weaknesses
- Gather customer feedback - collect user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing, and make recommendations for product improvements
- Product roadmap - assist in maintaining the roadmap by prioritizing features
- Cross-functional collaboration - work with design, engineering, product marketing, learning and development, and sales through the product development and launch process
- Participate in team meetings: daily scrums, backlog refinement, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives
Required Qualifications:
- Rising junior or senior in an undergraduate program
- High affinity towards data and technology with strong interest in user experience
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven focus with analytical capability
- Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
- Ability to dive deep and analyze problems/opportunities in the market

- Experience working in the restaurant industry
