Summary: Crum & Forster is a leading travel insurance provider, and they are seeking a Product Operations Intern to support their Product, Underwriting, and Analytics team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the product development lifecycle, including compliance-related activities and cross-functional projects. Responsibilities: - Assist in drafting and updating policy forms using standardized language - Help ensure product compliance across website content and marketing materials for both internal and external audiences - Prepare responses to customer inquiries from other Operations teams, such as Claims, Customer Service, and Sales - Participate in a cross functional intern project - Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College/University - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written - Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong organization and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail - Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel Required Skills: Analytical skills, Microsoft Excel Important Skills: Microsoft Office Benefits: You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
