Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with 58 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and production support. The ideal candidate should be PCSSA certified, have strong experience with Pega 8.x and Cosmos, and possess excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories, bugs, and enhancement requirements and implement solutions using Pega best practices.
• Analyze production cases and incidents and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Platform Support, Business Analysts, Interface Experts, Product Owners, and Test teams.
• Discuss requirements with Business Analysts and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot Pega applications using Tracer, Clipboard Viewer, Live UI, PDC, Admin Studio, and other standard tools.
• Perform unit testing and document test results according to established methodologies.
• Support Product Owners, Test teams, and Business Analysts throughout implementation and testing.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical inputs and estimates for user stories.
• Support production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Experience working on at least 2 Pega projects as a Developer.
• Pega PCSSA certification is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega 8.x.
• Experience with Cosmos design/UI.
• Excellent understanding of:
• Pega Flows
• Root transforms / Activities
• Reports
• UI and Properties
• Case management
• Good understanding of interfaces, including services and connectors.
• Experience with background processing such as:
• Agents
• Queue Processors
• Job Schedulers
• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex application issues.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Good collaboration and networking skills.
