HR Manager (Female Can Apply)

Job Duties (Visa Consultancy) Recruit, interview and onboard employees. Manage staff attendance, leaves and working schedules. Handle payroll coordination, salaries, incentives and employee records. Monitor employee performance, targets and productivity. Arrange staff training on visa processes, customer service and company policies. Handle employee complaints, conflicts and disciplinary matters. Coordinate with sales, counselling, documentation and operations teams. Ensure HR policies, employment procedures and confidentiality are maintained. Submit regular HR reports to management.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
