Crown Infrastructure Delivery (CID) is seeking a proactive Project Controls Specialist to drive risk management and robust controls across high-impact government infrastructure and construction projects.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with clients, Programme Delivery teams, and the Project Support Office (PSO) to:
- Lead the development and maintenance of risk registers and mitigation strategies
- Facilitate structured risk workshops, guiding stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritise key risks and opportunities
- Support project governance with accurate, timely reporting on risk exposure and project performance
- Contribute to planning, scheduling, and resource forecasting to keep projects on track
- Ensure project documentation and controls meet organisational standards
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders to support robust and transparent decision-making
What You’ll Bring
- Strong background in risk management within complex projects or programmes
- Proven experience facilitating risk workshops and engaging diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience with project controls tools and methodologies (e.g., scheduling, cost tracking, risk analysis)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex risk and scheduling data into clear insights for stakeholders
- Sound judgement and a measured, confident approach when navigating project challenges and uncertainty
