Sr. Manager, Executive Programs JAPAC
Location: Australia - Sydney
As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re also a mission-driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.
About the Role:
CrowdStrike's ability to win and retain the most strategic accounts in JAPAC depends heavily on the quality of our executive relationships. CISOs, CIOs, and senior technology leaders across the region are making high-stakes decisions in a complex threat environment, and they want to engage with a security partner that understands their world and brings them together with peers who share their challenges. As the Executive Programs Manager, JAPAC, you will design and deliver the executive engagement programs that build and deepen CrowdStrike's CxO relationships across the region. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, JAPAC, you will work closely with corporate teams, field marketing, and sales leadership to develop programs that are valuable to the executives who participate in them and impactful for CrowdStrike's pipeline and retention goals. In this role, quality and relevance matter more than volume. Every program needs to be memorable, valuable, and set a high bar for how senior technology leaders connect and engage across the region. You will have a clear focus on two things: deepening relationships with our most strategic accounts and helping open doors with new logos.
What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a leader who deeply values the outcomes and impact of their work. In this role, you will own:
Executive Engagement Strategy: You partner with field marketing leaders and corporate executive programs teams to develop a cohesive JAPAC executive engagement strategy. You translate that strategy into a regional calendar of programs that is clearly connected to pipeline, top account retention, and net new logo goals.
Program Execution: You own the end-to-end delivery of flagship JAPAC executive programs including CxO forums, peer networking dinners, executive roundtables, and leadership summits. You also develop templates, playbooks, and events-in-a-box resources that enable regional field marketing teams to execute their own executive programs to a consistent and high standard.
CxO Community Building: You develop and steward a CxO community across JAPAC that brings together senior technology leaders in ways that are genuinely valuable to them as peers. You build the rhythms, content, and experiences that keep this community engaged and growing over time.
Corporate and Field Liaison: You serve as the connection point between CrowdStrike's global executive programs teams and the JAPAC field. You ensure global programs are adapted intelligently for the JAPAC context and that locally developed programs are visible and connected to the broader global strategy.
Executive Visit Management: You manage CrowdStrike executive visits to the JAPAC region, maintaining a clear calendar of who is coming, when, and where the best opportunities are to connect them with the right customers and prospects. You work closely with EAs and field teams to plan visits well in advance, coordinate any associated executive events, and make sure communication across all stakeholders is clear and timely. You know how to get the most out of having a senior CrowdStrike leader in the market and you bring the experience to make those moments count.
Measurement and Improvement: You work closely with the Integrated Marketing Programs Director to track the metrics that matter for executive programs including attendance quality, engagement depth, and pipeline influence. You use those insights to continuously improve the program mix and report regularly to the VP of Marketing and field leadership on performance.
What You’ll Need:
The Relationship Builder: You are skilled at building trust with senior executives, their assistants, and chief of staff networks. You understand how to navigate complex organisations and secure the right people in the right rooms.
The Craftsperson: You have high personal standards for quality and bring a considered, bespoke approach to every program you deliver. You understand that at the executive level, the details matter.
The Strategist: You can develop a clear executive engagement strategy, connect it to business outcomes, and translate it into a practical regional calendar of programs with a clear line of sight to top account and new logo goals.
The Executor: You are comfortable owning end-to-end delivery across multiple programs simultaneously. You are organised, calm under pressure, and reliable when it counts.
The Collaborator: You work well with corporate teams, field marketing, sales leadership, and executive assistants. You know how to bring people together around a shared goal without direct authority.
The Expert: You bring solid experience in executive programs, executive marketing, or high-touch event management, ideally within a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment. Experience working across JAPAC markets is a strong advantage.
