Job Description
Summary: CrowdStrike is a global leader in cybersecurity, dedicated to stopping breaches and redefining modern security. They are seeking a Human Resources Launch Intern to gain hands-on experience across various HR teams and contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact the company's mission.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact CrowdStrike's mission
- Work alongside industry experts through dedicated mentorship
- Build your professional network through interactions with CrowdStrike employees and leaders
- Gain exposure to cutting-edge cybersecurity technology and practices
- Support specific HR functions based on your placement:
- Data Analytics: Support data reporting and dashboard enhancement while learning enterprise database systems
- Talent Readiness: Assist with communications and partner engagement for learning experiences
- Talent Operations Intelligence and Enablement: Learn how analytics and scalable programs drive hiring outcomes
- Talent Brand: Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and digital content creation
- Employee Experience: Assist with company-wide initiatives including FalconFit Total Wellbeing, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives
- Potential fast-track consideration for future internships
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field graduating in 2028
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and relate them to HR use cases
- Strong academic performance in relevant coursework
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in a student organization
- Prior experience in operations, HR, or service-oriented roles
- Experience with design and content tools (i.e., Adobe Suite, video editing tools)
- Familiarity or willingness to learn SQL, analytic visualizations, and database solutions
- Project management skills with the ability to stay organized while managing multiple work streams
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
