Call Center RepresentativeRequirements:

• Full-time hours- 8-5 and 9-6
• 1 year experience in a Call Center required
• Bi-Lingual required
• High School Diploma
• Demonstrates the ability to deal with internal and external customers
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Able to type 35-55 wpm
• High call volume call center experience.
• Must work well in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proper telephone etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail
• Medical terminology preferred
• Professionalism a must
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Computer software proficiency
