CRISP Shared Services (CSS) serves as the technology partner for health information exchange (HIE) partners in Maryland, DC, West Virginia, Connecticut, Alaska, Virginia, Kentucky, Florida, and other jurisdictions. CSS facilitates the electronic transfer of clinical information between disparate information systems in order to positively impact the healthcare system through improved patient care and outcomes, reduced costs, and data-driven understanding of regional public health concerns.

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst Intern to join our team. The Project Analyst Intern will aid with the administration and coordination of care redesign programs that support the AHEAD Model in Maryland. The intern will work closely with our cross functional team and gain exposure to program management and health transformation initiatives. 

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assisting the coordination and administration of care redesign initiative that align with the AHEAD Model
• Help prepare and update program documentation, meeting agendas, and progress reports 
• Support the creation of materials and resources for program participants 
• Utilize excel to organize and distribute data related to care redesign programs
• Assist with managing research requests and budget reconciliation
• Support the program administration team with the various duties related to any program initiatives

 

Experience and/or Education Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Health IT, Business Administration, or any related field
• Interested in program or project management 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

• Targeted base salary: $20-$25 an hour based on year in school
