Corporate Recruiter (Entry Level) at CRH in Rochester, NY

Summary: CRH is a leading global diversified building materials group, and they are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to focus on recruiting non-exempt positions across the nation. This entry-level role involves creatively sourcing, identifying, and screening candidates while collaborating with hiring managers and HR partners. Responsibilities: - Work proactively with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their immediate and upcoming hiring needs - Post all open positions to multiple sources to drive applicant traffic - Review and call every qualified applicant within 48 hours of receiving their application - Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position - Conduct regular follow-up with managers and HR partners - Build networks and utilize sourcing tools to find qualified passive candidates - Use our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) to organize candidate resumes, search candidates, and keep in compliance with OFCCP regulations - Will manage high volume of requisitions - Other duties assigned Required Qualifications: - Bachelors' Degree in Communications, Business, HR (or related discipline) or equivalent experience - 1+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting talent preferred - Experience with MS Office Products, Internet search and software-based Applicant Tracking System - Ability to communicate with hiring managers and candidates at all levels (written/verbal) - Desire to be on the phone the majority of the day screening candidates and building relationships Preferred Qualifications: - Bi-lingual - Spanish is a plus Required Skills: Applicant Tracking System, SuccessFactors, MS Office, Internet search, Bilingual Spanish Benefits: 401(k) plan / group retirement savings program, Short-term and long-term disability benefits, Life insurance, Health, dental, and vision insurance, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Highly competitive base pay, Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs, Group retirement savings program, Health and wellness programs, An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion
