This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial records, tax compliance, and timely reporting, while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable

- Reconcile credit card activities.

- Prepare and process monthly invoices.

- Reconcile bank statements

- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including adjustments and financial reporting.

-Assist management with special projects and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.

- 2-4 years of accounting experience; familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
