Creo Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure the safe, efficient, and timely movement of materials and orders. This position will provide hands-on leadership to shipping, receiving, pulling and replenishment, labeling, and loading teams while supporting employee development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shipping, receiving, pulling, replenishment, labeling, and loading operations.
- Lead shift start-up meetings, communicate priorities, take attendance, and assign special projects.
- Monitor second shift productivity, staffing levels, overtime, and overall workflow.
- Prioritize and assign orders based on business and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operating standards.
- Report safety incidents, policy violations, near misses, and other significant concerns.
- Identify operational improvements and make recommendations to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile differences.
- Communicate product and operational needs to appropriate departments.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and administer disciplinary actions when necessary
- Coach and develop employees to support performance, engagement, and career growth.
- Maintain accurate shift documentation
- Respond to emails, phone messages, and other operartional communications as needed.
- Provide support to receiving department and shipping office as required.
- Serve as a backup to the First Shift Shipping Supervisor when needed.
Required Skills:
- Previous warehouse distribution, manufacturing, or logistics leadership experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritze tasks and effectively manage changing business demadns.
- Ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountable for performance.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and shifts.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to walk, bend, twist, and lift above the head as needed.
Schedule: Mid-shift/ Second Shift 3:30 p.m. - 12: 00 a.m. Monday - Friday
