Fort Worth, TX | Onsite | Monday–Friday | Daytime Schedule
Credit Systems International, Inc. (CSII) is looking for a detail-oriented and technically minded IT Data Processing Technician to join our Information Technology team in Fort Worth.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with data, troubleshooting problems, learning new technology, and finding ways to make processes more accurate and efficient. You'll work with client and operational data across multiple systems while supporting client implementations, technical projects, testing, and automation initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Process high-volume client and operational data, including imports, exports, file conversions, transformations, and data loads.
- Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Research and resolve processing errors, rejected records, discrepancies, and other exceptions.
- Complete daily processing activities and assist with client data reconciliations.
- Manage secure file transfers, including SFTP transmissions.
- Support new and existing client implementations, including file layouts, data mappings, transformations, and processing configurations.
- Assist with testing data-processing programs, workflows, file transformations, and automated processes.
- Troubleshoot processing and technical issues and work with appropriate teams to resolve them.
- Maintain technical and processing documentation.
- Participate in technology projects, system changes, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, or automate existing workflows.

Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Data processing, data imports/exports, or file conversions
- Excel, CSV, delimited files, or other data file formats
- CRM systems or other data-driven applications
- SFTP or secure file-transfer processes
- Data mapping or file layouts
- Data reconciliation and troubleshooting
- Technical testing, automation, scripting, or programming
You don't need to know every system or technology we use. We're looking for someone with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn.
Schedule
This is a full-time, onsite position in Fort Worth, Texas. Due to month-end processing responsibilities, reliable availability around month-end and the beginning of each month is required.
