Profile: Customer Support - Tata Digital (Email & Inbound)

Location: Malad Aspee, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through Email & Inbound Voice Support.
• Provide prompt and accurate resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to company processes.

Eligibility:

• Graduates only.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduates with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience can also apply.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Shift Details:

• Female Candidates: Rotational shifts between 9 AM - 10 PM
• Male Candidates: 247 rotational shifts (9-hour shift)

Weekly Off: Any 1 rotational week off.

Salary:

• Freshers: 22,000 CTC | 17,000 In-hand
• Experienced (6+ Months): 25,000 CTC | 20,000 In-hand
