Job Description
Process: SBI - Life Insurance (Telesales Process)
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | 1 Rotational OFF
Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions related to life insurance products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and offers to customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC + 2 years of relevant experience
OR - Graduate + 1 year of relevant experience
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Sales / BPO experience preferred.
- Candidates with relevant insurance sales experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
