Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise food production operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Monitor production processes, equipment and machinery.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed.
• Plan production schedules and manage manpower according to requirements.
• Identify and resolve production-related technical issues and breakdowns.
• Coordinate with maintenance, kitchen, procurement and operations teams.
• Monitor raw material usage, wastage and production efficiency.
• Maintain production records, reports and daily operational documentation.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with company and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in food production, central kitchen, restaurant or food manufacturing operations preferred.
• Good knowledge of production equipment, processes and food safety.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership and coordination skills.

Pay: AED3,674.84 - AED5,571.28 per month
