Advertiser Account Manager – Performance Marketing

YepAds | Markham, Ontario | Hybrid | Full-time

Compensation: CAD 50,000 - 55,000+ bonus

Grow advertiser partnerships. Drive campaign performance. Own the results.

At YepAds, we connect advertisers with performance-driven opportunities that generate measurable business results.

We're looking for an experienced Advertiser Account Manager who understands the performance marketing ecosystem and knows how to turn relationships, campaign insights and commercial opportunities into revenue.

This is not a traditional customer service or account support role. You'll own advertiser relationships, help optimize live campaigns and actively identify opportunities to grow your portfolio.

You'll join an international, entrepreneurial business where results matter, decisions move quickly and you have room to make a genuine commercial impact.

What you'll own

• Identify upselling, cross-selling, reactivation and new business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and competitive payouts based on campaign performance and volume.

Campaign performance and optimization

• Coordinate CPA/CPL and other performance-based campaign launches, including offers, tracking, creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance, conversion metrics and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams and advertisers to resolve issues and improve results.

Commercial operations

• Manage advertiser agreements, reporting, billing follow-ups and account documentation.
• Monitor account profitability, revenue opportunities and commercial risks.
• Maintain accurate account records and communicate clearly with commercial, finance and operational teams.

What you bring

• Professional experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, lead generation or performance-based digital advertising is required.
• Experience managing advertiser accounts, commercial relationships or performance-based campaigns.
• Working knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, CPL, conversion rate, ROI and revenue.
• Confidence interpreting campaign data and turning insights into commercial actions.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation and organizational skills.
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach and the ability to move quickly in a commercially focused environment.

Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms and advertiser acquisition is a strong advantage.

Why join YepAds?

• Manage advertiser partnerships with real revenue impact.
• Work with an international performance marketing network.
• Combine commercial responsibility with hands-on campaign optimization.
• Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement based in Markham.
• Join an entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and direct access to decision-makers.

If you already understand how performance marketing works and want greater ownership of advertiser relationships and revenue growth, we'd like to hear from you.
