Job Description
Summary: Crawford & Company is a global leader in claims management and consulting services, and they are seeking a Consultative Analyst to join their team. The role involves delivering diagnostics and actionable insights to improve client business processes and partnering with clients to enhance performance.
Responsibilities:
- Performs moderately complex client/prospect-specific claim program health assessments for the risk management, operations, and management levels. Surfaces cost mitigation opportunities and develops action plans with detailed solutions
- Works with Account Executives and Sales Executives to build client-specific strategies that will lead to measurable success and build long-term preference with the buyer
- Designs new and differentiated solutions we can offer to our clients, tests solutions/programs for benefits, and develops material to explain and promote solutions
- Identifies new diagnostics and the tools to display those diagnostics
- Develops efficiencies, automation, and new tools
- Understands how to effectively manage a complex audience (broker, Risk Manager, CFO) including leveraging sponsors and managing around anti-sponsors
- Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field
- 1-3 years marketing/sales communication experience with the ability to sell ideas and concepts to management and customers
- Capable of quickly learning new tools
- Excellent logic
- Familiarity with statistics
- Focused on solutions: employee is aware of roadblocks, but is continually applying creativity and a comprehensive approach to overcome road blocks
- Highly organized thinking, writing and presenting so that key points are delivered powerfully and clearly to the right audience
- Capable of making arguments to unknown audiences (such as a CFO that is not at a meeting, but might view material or receive a second hand presentation from another party.)
- Drivers License
- Willingness to travel 2-5 nights per month

- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Openness to using AI tools for analysis and problem-solving
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset
