As a Software Engineering Intern, you will develop knowledge through exposure to various functional areas and assist with day-to-day job assignments while gaining valuable work experience. Responsibilities: - Collaborate effectively with senior technical staff and all functional groups to achieve product performance and cost targets - Develop software requirements and software design. Implement code, test and debug - Develop test procedures and test scripts to validate software - Perform design analysis and participate in work product peer reviews - Support other software activities (e.g. software tool) Required Qualifications: - Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering (or related) - Must provide GPA, minimum accepted 3.1 on a 4.0 scale - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and use effective English communication in presentations, analyses, and reports - Must be self-directed/motivated and possess effective interpersonal skills in a team environment - Must be project-oriented and be able to multi-task - Must have some experience programming or testing software. Knowledge of C or C++ programming language is a plus - Ability to fulfill a one quarter or semester internship commitment, 40 hours per week - This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information.
