Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening & Assessment: Review resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
- Candidate Experience: Manage communication, schedule interviews, and provide feedback to candidates.
- Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the job offer process, including salary negotiations and reference checks.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate applicant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Coordinator, or in a talent acquisition role.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with ATS, resume databases, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Organization: Ability to handle high-volume hiring and manage multiple, complex vacancies simultaneously.
$70/ per hour
